Our restaurant stands on solid bases of 20 years of tradition and gastronomy experiences.
Di Carlo has become not only a place where you can enjoy good food but also a pleasant place for meetings of families, business people and friends near the heart of Prague. Our vision is to build businesses at the authentic values of family restaurants where you will feel at home. Families with children are welcome. We are a place where you can enjoy a moments of peace, quality and fresh ingredients, a cozy interior and where you will be happy to come back.


The Di Carlo restaurant has a dynamic and friendly team. Businesses are constantly evolving and going with time. That’s why we’ve recently completely upgraded our restaurant at Prague – Pankrác to a new, industrial design. A contrast to Pankrác is our restaurant Šeberov, which combines a romantic, family atmosphere with a wooden interior and an outdoor terrace. All the fans of well-being will enjoy the moments there, but also the entrepreneurs looking for an interesting place for business meetings. In other restaurant Lhotka you can enjoy a tank beer with friends or our beer specials with live sports broadcasts.

Our chefs
Our chefs work diligently every day for our daily offers. They emphasize close cooperation with proven suppliers and prefer modern international cuisine to enjoy an authentic taste experience. For this year 2018 they have prepared a lot of events for you to look forward to! These include, for example, our traditional Tuna Festival or Pig-slaughtering feast that will be launched at Lhotka in March! We are here for you!
